The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage vendor relations, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes. Responsibilities include verifying invoice accuracy, performing job costing using proprietary software, NetSuite, and Bill.com, and ensuring correct coding and approvals for debit/credit memos. The specialist will also assist with syncing errors between NetSuite and Bill.com, monitor vendor balances, prepare account analyses, and support monthly accruals. Additionally, the role involves investigating and resolving invoice and vendor account issues, setting up new vendors in accounting systems, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
