Responsibilities

  • Request updates to corporate suppliers' information in respective systems as needed
  • Analyze invoices against purchase orders to determine if they can be processed for payment
  • Ensure invoices are correctly entered into established systems
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies by identifying root causes to avoid incorrect payments or blocking issues
  • Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries related to payments or invoice status
  • Develop technical knowledge of company systems for efficient information processing
  • Interact clearly with internal and external customers through phone, email, chat, or other channels
  • Identify and propose improvements to departmental processes
  • Provide support and fulfill other requests as needed
