Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues over e-mails
Maintain and update vendor files and records
Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
Prepare and generate reports related to accounts payable
Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiencies
