Requirements

  • Must have worked in an Accounts Payable or Finance environment previously

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internal and external inquiries, ensuring compliance with the department’s service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Accurately process invoices, credit notes, and payments in accordance with company policies and within agreed SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain invoice approvals and resolve queries efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to payment cycles
  • Prepare and execute weekly supplier payment runs as well as ad hoc payments as required, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Perform regular reconciliations of supplier statements to ensure alignment and resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Contribute to month-end close processes, including preparation of bank reconciliations and relevant AP-related entries
  • Support the finance team by preparing weekly cash flow forecasts for assigned entities
  • Maintain adherence to key AP controls to reduce financial and operational risks
  • Manage invoices and queries for the Accounts Payable function for several Checkout.com entities
