Requirements

Candidates must possess a relevant qualification such as a CA or CPA, and have at least six years of experience in financial reporting or a related field. International reporting experience is desirable but not required. Technical proficiency with international accounting standards, foreign currency, and experience with Netsuite, DIVA, and Adaptive Planning is desirable.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager will direct the month-end close processes, prepare and review monthly financial results for global consolidation, prepare consolidated and local subsidiary financial reports, collaborate with regional teams to drive best practice use of finance systems, support the Post-Merger Integration team, prepare Annual Reports, and act as a key point of contact for external auditors. They will also develop and drive strong internal controls, lead the embedment of global accounting policies, and contribute to the successful delivery of post-merger integrations across all areas of finance, while coaching and developing direct reports.
