Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Manage and review AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory accounting, and cost allocations
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
  • Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls, identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to support business decisions and financial transparency
  • Mentor and develop accounting team members, delegating tasks effectively while providing guidance
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
  • Drive ERP utilization and enhancements to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy
