High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of office experience preferred; 1+ years of accounting experience a plus
Basic computer skills including generating simple spreadsheets; Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tyson Systems SAP Vistex Deal Capture and TBM preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of multiple business units accounting requirements and general ledger coding
Flexible schedule to work early mornings into late evenings, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and holidays as needed
Excellent data entry, math, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to cross-train in other parts of the office and cover other desks as needed
