Requirements

  • Completion of a University Degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated, results orientated and want to learn
  • Focus on delivery deadlines and documentation
  • Positive attitude & driven to work as part of the team and individually
  • Right Angle, Oracle Fusion or One Source experience is required
  • Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks

Responsibilities

  • Prepare US and Canadian indirect tax returns in accordance with tax law and appropriate deadlines
  • Problem Solve Fusion -One Source tax issues
  • Mine various computer programs to execute their tasks (Oracle Fusion, Right Angle, Once Source)
  • Improve processes and procedures in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Reconcile general ledger tax accounts
  • Assist indirect tax team with projects
  • Research document and communicate various indirect tax issues
  • Guide operations with specific tax and research issues
  • Support tax audits
