Responsibilities
- Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reclasses, and adjustments
- Post payroll journal entries in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts (salaries, bonuses, benefits, withholdings) across entities
- Verify payroll postings against HR/payroll system outputs to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain accurate financial records for entities in the EU and APAC regions
- Support Accounting Manager to ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations
