Responsibilities

Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances in a timely manner
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reclasses, and adjustments
Post payroll journal entries in a timely and accurate manner
Reconcile payroll-related accounts (salaries, bonuses, benefits, withholdings) across entities
Verify payroll postings against HR/payroll system outputs to ensure data accuracy
Maintain accurate financial records for entities in the EU and APAC regions
Support Accounting Manager to ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations
