Responsibilities

Post customer payments from bank statements accurately to ensure alignment with internal guidelines
Match payments to invoices using remittance advice
Perform cross-checks between JDE system entries and bank statements to catch discrepancies early (daily/monthly reconciliation)
Help resolve payment issues such as duplicates, unapplied cash, and other discrepancies
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support communication within the finance team and across departments
Take the lead in coordinating a team-building activity for the C2C team—from idea to execution
