Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and basic financial principles
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records in compliance with GAAP
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis
  • Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
