Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in an accounting role and possess an accounting degree or equivalent experience. Strong native English proficiency is required, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, cash flow management, and basic economics. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and the ability to read financial statements such as P&L and balance sheets is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a team-oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptability to different customer personalities, and effective time management skills are also necessary.
