Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of commercial accounting experience in MNCs
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Proven ability and keen interest to resolve problems independently
  • Good analytical skills, able to identify gaps in existing processes and propose ways to improve

Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
  • Manage AR statement, Sales Invoice and Credit control process
  • Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions for internal audit and regulatory issues
  • Support annual statutory audit and stock count
  • Handle independently compliance of Taiwan local tax related requirements, including Transfer Price adjustments and documentation, VAT filing, tax authority inquiries, etc
  • Indirect procurement and High Risk Payment process
  • Execute the controls on Indirect Channel Management discount process
  • Margin analysis of deals + masterdata pricing set up
  • Manage local bank statements and finance system support
  • SOX Narratives & Control Matrix, walkthrough testing
  • SOD, SGRT and Self Assessment
  • Master Data maintenance
  • Any other adhoc duties
