Responsibilities

Lead development of large-scale communications strategies with teammates
Drive daily client communications with client leads (brainstorming, flagging concerns, problem-solving)
Manage team of junior staff on accounts, influencing deliverables' quality and staff development through delegation, modeling, and feedback
Conceptualize and drive new story angles and media opportunities (e.g., landing feature stories without news, drafting persuasive pitches for high-profile interviews)
Plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables
Support and lead junior staff
Work closely with client leads and internal staff to delegate and develop strategies
