Responsibilities

  • Lead development of large-scale communications strategies with teammates
  • Drive daily client communications with client leads (brainstorming, flagging concerns, problem-solving)
  • Manage team of junior staff on accounts, influencing deliverables' quality and staff development through delegation, modeling, and feedback
  • Conceptualize and drive new story angles and media opportunities (e.g., landing feature stories without news, drafting persuasive pitches for high-profile interviews)
  • Plan and execute day-to-day project deliverables
  • Support and lead junior staff
  • Work closely with client leads and internal staff to delegate and develop strategies
