Requirements

  • Approximately 3–4 years’ healthcare agency experience in client services roles
  • Experience organising and attending scientific meetings (e.g. congresses, symposia, advisory boards)
  • Numeracy skills
  • Strong project management and project delivery skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate the delivery of multiple projects within an account
  • Relationship development skills – client handling/networking
  • Ability to mentor junior staff
  • Strategic understanding of project / account objectives and contribution to strategic account planning

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high quality medical communications across publications, events, strategic programmes, and client initiatives
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Day-to-day client and account management
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure strategic objectives are met
  • Oversee the smooth progression of projects from briefing through to completion
  • Manage timelines and coordinate with Editorial and Studio teams
  • Ensure effective communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide strong financial oversight, including managing budgets, monitoring account health, and ensuring revenue and recovery targets are achieved
  • Play an active part in business development by identifying opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to proposals, and supporting new business efforts
