Requirements

  • Strong experience in the development and end-to-end management of KPI-driven Influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or service companies
  • Skilled at analyzing program data and spotting performance trends to continuously refine strategic approach and scale outcomes
  • Well-versed in negotiating media packages with influencers and contracting longer-term agreements
  • Working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate
  • Ability to develop comprehensive strategy and lead a team to execute
  • Self-starter who can confidently handle challenging situations and balance competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving client’s goals and objectives
  • Keep a close pulse on program performance, budget spend, and goals/budget pacing in real time to ensure program stays on-track; proactively present strategic recommendations to course-correct performance and/or spend
  • Consistently demonstrate intellectual curiosity, challenge the status quo, pitch new opportunities, and maintain a close pulse on relevant influencer industry trends to optimize success
  • Provide superior client service, act as point of contact, escalate issues or key risks, ensure client trust through timely outputs and communications, and nurture excellent relationships for high satisfaction and retention (average 8.5 client rating)
  • Use data strategically for accurate and precise analysis; draw conclusions to identify trends, analyze outcomes, provide client insights and recommendations using upper-funnel (impressions, engagement rate, CPM) and mid-to-lower funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, Revenue, ROI); educate clients as needed
  • Design influencer recruitment strategies, communication strategies, content strategies, incentive strategies, and optimization strategies to foster long-term partnerships with creators/audiences and drive lower-funnel value for clients
