Experience in PR or communications within a healthcare environment (agency experience desirable)

Responsibilities

Act as a day-to-day client contact, building trust and delivering counsel with confidence
Manage and deliver high-quality work across campaigns, timelines and budgets
Support strategic planning by applying industry and audience insights
Write, review and tailor content across formats (press, digital, social), ensuring accuracy and tone
Lead integrated campaigns with an understanding of paid, owned and earned media
Stay current on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscapes and Edelman IP
Contribute to organic growth and new business efforts by identifying opportunities
Collaborate and share knowledge across Edelman’s global network
Support financial forecasting, resourcing and timely billing
Coach junior team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture
Using AI or automation tools to assist in healthcare communications or campaign support (e.g. drafting content, analysing sentiment, compiling insights), with an understanding of compliance within regulated environments
