Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of full-cycle software sales experience, a proven track record of pipeline creation through outbound efforts, and a history of consistently achieving stretch targets with creativity and persistence. Fluency in German, Spanish, or French is a bonus, as is prior experience as a recruiter or selling to talent acquisition personas.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will manage a steady stream of inbound leads, build pipeline through outbound efforts, and close a high volume of deals with startups in the EMEA region, including conducting product demonstrations and advising startups on scaling their business. They will also be responsible for hybrid business development and full-cycle sales, ensuring CRM updates and leveraging sales tooling to maximize productivity, and continuously learning and experimenting with sales techniques.
