Role: Corporate Account Executive

As a Corporate Account Executive at Crunchbase, you will drive strategic data sales for an industry-leading organization. You will be responsible for independent prospecting, researching, developing, and closing business opportunities, focusing on solving prospect pain points and aligning Crunchbase’s solutions with their needs. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to land, expand, and deepen sales opportunities within your assigned accounts. You will also provide valuable market insights and analysis to the product and engineering teams.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification and Sales Opportunities:

    • Independently research and pursue outbound opportunities within or outside of assigned Book of Business.
    • Develop and execute an outbound sales and prospecting strategy to identify and connect with individuals in your Target Account Book of Business.
    • Assess inbound and/or SDR leads to understand new sales opportunities and develop strategies for targeting them.
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Relationship Building and Account Development:

Requirements

  • Experience selling to business and technology stakeholders, including senior decision-makers (C-suite, SVP, and VP-level).
  • Proven ability to connect solutions to business needs and close deals.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills.
