Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2+ years selling into SMB/Mid-Market DSOs and groups with 10+ locations. They must be a self-starter with a proven track record of sales performance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel to customer meetings, company meetings, and conferences as needed.
As an Account Executive, responsibilities include identifying potential customers through networking and prospecting, gaining a deep understanding of DSO’s to identify needs and pain points, delivering effective sales presentations to C-suite stakeholders, owning the sales cycle from pitch to close, transitioning customers to Customer Success Managers, forecasting sales accurately, and achieving aggressive sales goals within a collaborative, high-energy team environment.
