Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, tracking, and organization of quotes, proposals, and project documentation
  • Support order processing using SAP and internal systems under direct guidance
  • Facilitate internal and external communication between sales teams, customers, and operations
  • Create and maintain project records in the CRM system with accuracy and consistency
  • File, label, and organize project documents in OneNote and Lynx folders
  • Help coordinate sample requests, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines
  • Engage in ongoing training for SAP, CRM, Lynx, and project workflows
  • Perform data entry, prepare documents, and assist with installer payment tracking
  • Contribute to the completion of close-out documentation and related administrative tasks
