About the Opportunity

Join our IT Division as an Access Management Specialist in the UK to make a real impact every day. You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.

Access Management Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze user access needs and determine access levels required
• Set up and maintain user profiles, roles and access rights in the system
• Monitor and log access activities to identify any unauthorized access attempts
• Implement and manage access controls, including password policies and two-factor authentication
• Perform regular audits to ensure that access rights are in line with job roles and responsibilities
• Work with the IT and security teams to investigate any security breaches related to unauthorized access
• Provide training to users on access management policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain documentation related to access management processes, policies, and controls
• Recommend and implement improvements to access management processes and systems

What would make me a good candidate?

• Proven work experience as an Access Management Specialist or similar role in IT security
• Knowledge of access management principles and technologies
• Experience with access management software
• Strong understanding of IT security protocols and data privacy regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
