Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic, hands-on instruction in aircraft maintenance that bridges theory and practice

  • Collaborate with fellow instructors and academic leaders to continuously improve our FAA-aligned curriculum
  • Keep the lab organized, safe, and stocked with properly maintained tools and equipment
  • Manage key administrative duties—think grading, attendance tracking, and regulatory compliance—with precision and professionalism
  • Mentor students, track progress, and proactively address retention issues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and instructor evaluations
  • Support our mission by attending faculty meetings, leading training sessions, and completing education modules
