Responsibilities

  • Manage operations and distribution for games in the South Asian region (Bangladesh and Afghanistan)
  • Liaise with development and regional distribution teams
  • Drive project KPIs and implement strategies based on regional key milestones
  • Develop regional marketing and monetization strategies based on user needs
  • Lead the development and execution of commercial integration and promotion plans
  • Oversee operations and promotion for special game features
  • Lead the integration and operation of third-party payment channels
  • Expand the South Asian card business
  • Optimize the regional user payment experience
  • Responsible for revenue KPIs
  • Gain a deep understanding of South Asian user characteristics, leveraging community and user research feedback, and analyzing competitor trends to provide data-driven operational insights and strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and resource coordination capabilities, proactively driving project KPI completion
  • Operate with a data-driven and goal-oriented approach
