Requirements

  • Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or related fields
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold)
  • Enjoyment of physical labor and outdoor work
  • Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
  • Experience with irrigation systems
  • For DOT Operators: Age 21 or older
  • For DOT Operators: Valid state-issued driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean driving record
  • For DOT Operators: Ability to operate a combination motor vehicle (10,001 lbs - 26,000 lbs)
  • For Lead Technicians: Expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining landscapes (mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers)
  • Performing grounds maintenance on parking lots, irrigation systems, exterior buildings, and surrounding grounds
  • Maintaining irrigation systems (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair)
  • Operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
  • Exterior building maintenance
  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment
  • For DOT Operators: Operating a combination motor vehicle and traveling to multiple locations
  • For Lead Technicians: Leading a team of technicians and ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
