Requirements

Expertise in Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies
Proficiency in CBS (Caterpillar Business System) and SAP ME, including advanced features, customizing, implementing, and integrating
Experience with CPD 28.04.02 CBS Access and PUR.004 SOX controller, including running regular SOX control audits
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere
Proficiency in programming languages and tools: C++, C#, Python, SQL, Excel (Advanced)
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
Ability to conduct advanced statistical modeling and algorithm development with model prediction error within 5% for core scenarios

Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end deployment of enterprise digital standard systems (e.g., requirement confirmation, plan formulation, system configuration, test execution, go-live support)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., BR, Operations, SC, HR) to align system deployment with business processes and ensure 100% compliance with enterprise digital standards
Establish and optimize system deployment SOP to improve efficiency and reduce post-go-live failure rates
Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems (e.g., EMS) to identify pain points like data silos and inefficient operations
Design and implement optimization solutions, including module expansion, data integration, and custom report development (e.g., reducing 20% manual data entry)
Provide system application training and technical support to promote deep system use
Develop and align CBS key parameters, R&R metrics to drive clear roles and responsibilities
Lead CCMC campus ERP-SAP related projects to extract full value
Lead full lifecycle of RPA projects: process analysis (e.g., invoice verification, data entry), robot development, testing, deployment, maintenance using RPA tools, ensuring 99%+ stable operation
Collaborate with business teams to evaluate RPA ROI and optimize robots for improved automation coverage
Independently design and develop advanced analytical models based on business scenarios
Conduct model validation for stability
Translate model results into business-oriented insights and actionable recommendations
Create interactive data visualization reports/dashboards (e.g., using Power BI) for KPIs and model conclusions
