Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex transportation programs, ensuring adherence to strategic metrics, timelines, budgets, alignment with business priorities, quality standards, and service performance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program deliverables are met and appropriately communicated
  • Manage relationships with Control Tower Service Provider as well as transportation service providers
  • Collaborate with vendors to establish strong partnerships, address performance issues, and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and evaluate supplier capabilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including pricing, delivery terms, performance metrics, and quality deliverables
  • Ensure full compliance with Master Service Agreements obligations, including pricing and operational metrics, and partner with procurement to update terms as needed
  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders, ensuring performance, innovation, and value creation
  • Drive cross-functional collaborations by engaging and aligning stakeholders across supply chain, finance, procurement, and regional Transportation teams
  • Develop program budgets, monitor financials, and allocate resources effectively to support program objectives
  • Ensure resources are properly allocated and managed to optimize program outcomes
  • Identify and assess program risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans
