Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex transportation programs, ensuring adherence to strategic metrics, timelines, budgets, alignment with business priorities, quality standards, and service performance
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program deliverables are met and appropriately communicated
Manage relationships with Control Tower Service Provider as well as transportation service providers
Collaborate with vendors to establish strong partnerships, address performance issues, and drive continuous improvement
Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and evaluate supplier capabilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including pricing, delivery terms, performance metrics, and quality deliverables
Ensure full compliance with Master Service Agreements obligations, including pricing and operational metrics, and partner with procurement to update terms as needed
Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders, ensuring performance, innovation, and value creation
Drive cross-functional collaborations by engaging and aligning stakeholders across supply chain, finance, procurement, and regional Transportation teams
Develop program budgets, monitor financials, and allocate resources effectively to support program objectives
Ensure resources are properly allocated and managed to optimize program outcomes
Identify and assess program risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize potential impacts
