Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
One (1) year or more of plant, manufacturing, and/or warehouse experience
Ability to work 3rd Shift (Sunday Night – Friday Morning; 11pm - 7am)
Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
Compliance with Cleanroom requirements: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc
Ability to stand for full shift
Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills
Post-high school education (preferred)

Responsibilities

Operating cartridge equipment to pleat, trim, cut seal membrane media, sub assemble, cap, final assembly, testing, drying and packaging of cartridges
Performing various production operations including the operating of multiple machines, where it can be done safely, and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required
Observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices
Keeping the work area clean and orderly
Assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment
Assisting other department members as needed to ensure safety and maximize output
Assisting in the training of other employees as necessary
Completing quality checks and, if a discrepancy is found, working with appropriate team members to solve the problem
Wearing required PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
