Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
  • One (1) year or more of plant, manufacturing, and/or warehouse experience
  • Ability to work 3rd Shift (Sunday Night – Friday Morning; 11pm - 7am)
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Compliance with Cleanroom requirements: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc
  • Ability to stand for full shift
  • Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Post-high school education (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Operating cartridge equipment to pleat, trim, cut seal membrane media, sub assemble, cap, final assembly, testing, drying and packaging of cartridges
  • Performing various production operations including the operating of multiple machines, where it can be done safely, and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required
  • Observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices
  • Keeping the work area clean and orderly
  • Assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment
  • Assisting other department members as needed to ensure safety and maximize output
  • Assisting in the training of other employees as necessary
  • Completing quality checks and, if a discrepancy is found, working with appropriate team members to solve the problem
  • Wearing required PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
