Requirements

  • Strong generalist skills in Unreal Engine: modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering
  • Proficient in Blueprint scripting and familiar with coding (C++ or similar) for scene logic and behavior
  • Previous experience with Unity and a solid understanding of both engines’ workflows and capabilities
  • Proven ability to recreate and adapt gameplay mechanics and sequences from Unity into Unreal
  • Skilled at producing short-form video content that communicates gameplay and engages players
  • Understanding of mobile ad performance metrics like CTR, CPI, and ROAS
  • Comfortable working with optimized assets and keeping performance constraints in mind
  • Experience with Blender, Niagara, Megascans, or motion capture workflows

Responsibilities

  • Craft visually compelling, gameplay-driven 3D ad creatives using Unreal Engine
  • Build and animate complete scenes in Unreal Engine: characters, environments, VFX, lighting
  • Use Blueprint scripting and/or code (C++) to simulate gameplay logic, interactions, and camera behaviors
  • Translate and adapt ad concepts, animations, and logic originally developed in Unity into Unreal Engine and vice versa with high fidelity
  • Take ownership of the entire ad creation pipeline: from ideation and scene setup to rendering and final polish
  • Apply storytelling and visual clarity to highlight core gameplay loops within 20–30 second formats
  • Collaborate with Creative and UA teams to test, learn, and iterate quickly
