可接受短期赴香港出差安排（频率低，按需安排），能配合团队完成异地工作对接。
全职到岗广州办公室办公，遵守公司考勤制度，无远程办公需求。

Responsibilities

深度参与 Java 开发项目全流程，协助产品、技术等跨职能团队开展需求对接与沟通，精准传递需求要点，同步跟进需求变更与确认。
系统整理项目相关文档，包括但不限于需求说明书、接口文档、测试报告等，确保文档的完整性、准确性与可追溯性。
紧密配合开发团队完成基础 Java 代码编写、模块测试及调试辅助工作，协助排查代码逻辑漏洞与简单技术问题。
参与代码评审环节，学习优化代码结构的方法，提升代码规范性与可读性。
作为项目跨团队协作的协调支持角色，对接设计、测试、运维等相关团队，同步项目进度、反馈协作问题，推动跨部门需求落地。
协助组织项目沟通会议，整理会议纪要并跟踪待办事项闭环。
