Requirements

3+ years of experience in Big Data Technologies with proficiency in Hadoop, Spark (Scala/Python), Hive, Oozie, NiFi etc
2+ years of solid experience on Azure Data services and Data Bricks
Demonstrated ability in building Modern Data solutions leveraging state of the art Azure services including ADLS (Gen1 & Gen2), ADF (Pipelines, Activities, Datasets, Linked Services, Data Flows & Integration Runtimes), Databricks, Synapse & Azure DevOps
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related discipline
Good communication & Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and partner teams
Must be a quick learner & Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
Good team collaboration and communication abilities
Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges
DP-203 certification is a plus
Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
Relevant certifications or training a plus

Responsibilities

Design and development of efficient data ELT/ETL processes in Azure ADF, Databricks, Synapse, T-SQL etc that leverage External and Internal data sources using APIs, connectors, frameworks
Facilitate curating data that include developing Star and/or Snowflake schemas as necessary for reporting while managing different data zones in the Datalake
