Requirements
Ability to set-up, operate, and troubleshoot two Fillet Roll machines
Ability to practice and train operators on safety, quality production, efficient output, use of measuring devices (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gages), and machine maintenance (e.g., replacing worn fasteners, parts, or tooling)
Ability to communicate effectively with operators, supervision, and support teams
Safe use of shop support equipment to prepare or modify tooling
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor on a repeated basis
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Ability to work in an un-air-conditioned shop environment
Responsibilities
Practices and trains operators to work safely
Sets up, operates, and troubleshoots fillet roll machines
Produces quality products using manufacturing drawings, process control documents, training materials, and work instructions
Maximizes output of production equipment efficiently and effectively
Evaluates and communicates machine conditions/concerns to maintenance and supervision
Keeps machines in best operating condition, including replacing worn parts
