Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain metadata repositories, data dictionaries, and business glossaries for energy-related data domains (Customer, Energy Efficiency)
  • Review and capture properties of data in the Enterprise Data Catalog (e.g., Numeric, alphanumeric, text etc. and length)
  • Seek input from teammates and engage in collaborative tasks to build glossaries
  • Use advanced Excel techniques like VLOOKUPs, macros etc. to build data catalog
  • Understand processes and document them in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc
  • Collect and analyze feedback from cross-functional teams
  • Respond to emergency situations as part of every employee’s role (may be called to assist during emergencies outside normal responsibilities, work hours, and location)
