Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Life Sciences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Interest in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to complete the entire 10-week program (from May 26, 2026 to July 31, 2026) and commit to 37.5 hours per week
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; college transcript required (must mail official transcript by application deadline)
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. based college or university
  • Enrolled in either an undergraduate (Bachelor’s), graduate, MBA, JD, PharmD, or PhD program
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without a need for sponsorship/CPT/OPT now
  • For Parsippany-based roles: Expected to work no less than 4 days at the site in Parsippany, New Jersey, on days in conjunction with assigned team; may work 1 day per week remotely

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the commercial brand team, agency partners, and cross-functional colleagues to execute brand strategy
  • Partner with project management to maintain brand planning tools and trackers, ensuring alignment and timely execution across the cross-functional team
  • Contribute to key brand initiatives, including workshop development, content creation, and KPI monitoring
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities or insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Participate in qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including gap analyses and synthesis of key insights
  • Gain exposure to external marketing and creative agencies, learning how concepts evolve from strategy to execution
  • Enroll in and complete the Ferring Academy of Marketing Excellence training curriculum
