Requirements

  • Interest and desire to learn more about Human Resources
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree for human resources, business, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maneuver ambiguity, with a keen mind for problem-solving
  • Technical skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated higher level proficiency in HR related coursework (favorably considered)
  • Prior experience in HR-related roles and/or in corporate business environments (favorably considered)
  • Lived experiences that demonstrate resilience, the ability to manage multiple priorities, a strong work ethic, problem solving, decision making and other critical skills (a plus)
  • Experience that demonstrates commitment to principles of diversity, equity and inclusion (favorably considered)
  • Ability to complete the entire 10-week program (from May 26, 2026 to July 31, 2026) and commit to 37.5 hours per week
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above; college transcript required (must mail official transcript by application deadline)
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. based college or university
  • Enrolled in either an undergraduate (Bachelor’s), graduate, MBA, JD, PharmD, or PhD program
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • For Parsippany-based roles: work no less than 4 days at the site in Parsippany, New Jersey, on days in conjunction with assigned team; may work 1 day per week remotely

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in launching the 2026 Scholarship program for undergraduate students of Ferring employees
  • Assist with the development and coordination of a high school outreach program with NJ LEEP
  • Assist with development and coordination of activities related to Ferring’s culture and employee experience
  • Assist with development and coordination of training activities (e.g. gather training resources via LinkedIn Learning and manage implementation, support the enrollment process by drafting communication, organizing schedules and management of tracker)
  • Any other similar duties and responsibilities assigned by the HR team
