The position is primarily based in the Bloomington, Minnesota office or an assigned project site, with possible flexible or hybrid work arrangements in some instances. Out-of-state students are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for housing assistance.
Candidates must be undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program, with previous internship experience, coursework, or strong interest in building electrical systems (power, lighting, signal), strong MS Office knowledge, experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP or similar, strong communication skills, ability to travel locally, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
The ideal candidate would be available to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime from mid-May through mid-August 2026.
You will work alongside Professional Engineers, Designers, and Technicians in a multi-disciplined environment, collaborating with Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, and Architecture professionals on unique projects across the country.
A strong candidate is an undergraduate in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on power, lighting, or signal systems, prior experience or training in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication abilities, and a valid driver's license; advantageous qualifications include understanding of drafting techniques.
