Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand and cross-functional teams to build industry connections and learn skills in analytics, digital/social, brand strategy, and communication development
  • Spearhead a handpicked project aligned with background and career goals to evolve strategic insight, apply marketing skills, and demonstrate leadership
  • Work alongside experienced brand marketers to tackle critical business challenges, gaining perspective on the healthcare sector, consumer healthcare business, brand marketing function, and company strategy
  • Develop and manage short- and medium-term brand strategies
  • Assist in the evolution and execution of comprehensive marketing plans aligning with brand strategy, spanning advertising, promotion, pricing, digital, and customer marketing strategy
  • Build strong relationships and network with senior executives (e.g., Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Customer Officer, VP Innovation)
  • Engage with marketing agency and media partners, utilize marketing tools, and receive support from a dedicated MBA alumni buddy
