Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, Social Psychology or related field; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2026–June 2027
  • Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate research insights into key take-aways and recommendations to team members and stakeholders across HR
  • Experience in research methods and study design (e.g., experimentation, survey design, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking, and understanding of data and statistical methods
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of technological adoption in the workplace or human-computer interactions is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead research initiatives using quantitative and/or qualitative methods that will influence Adobe’s AI employee adoption strategies, exploring how our workforce engages in new technology and identifying ways to accelerate meaningful adoption
  • Dive into external market research on AI talent within Engineering, leveraging benchmark data and internal insights to help Adobe attract and develop top AI talent
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders, making a real impact on our people programs and future direction
  • Contribute to projects supporting AI research and improving organizational well-being
