Pursuing a BS in Microbiology (Biology or Chemistry majors also considered)
Must have active student status for the duration of the internship
Must be eligible to work in Puerto Rico at the time of, and for the duration of, employment (required to furnish evidence of Puerto Rico work authorization)
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Must be eligible to work onsite full-time in Guayama, PR (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and/or transportation

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain microbiological media and lab materials for routine testing
Perform environmental monitoring and assist with microbiological sampling in production areas
Support investigations and documentation related to microbiological quality standards
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure compliance with GMP and site protocols
Work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment where flexibility and problem-solving are key
