Experience with client-facing responsibilities, conducting in-depth interviews, and moderating focus groups are a plus. Excellent communication, writing, and strong analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
The Elections Director will manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from inception to completion, taking full accountability for project success. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and producing client-ready survey questionnaires, qualitative research screeners, and guides, as well as developing written analyses and visual PowerPoint presentations with minimal edits. The role involves providing strategic insights and guidance to clients, managing projects and client relationships independently, and moderating qualitative research engagements. Additionally, the Director will oversee project fielding, troubleshoot issues, train and manage junior staff, and lead the development of new business proposals, including research designs and methodological approaches. Identifying growth opportunities and making recommendations to the team is also part of the role.
