Responsibilities

Immerse in day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global insurance company
Gain hands-on experience and insurance industry knowledge
Work with leaders on dynamic projects
Join one of the key business teams (e.g., Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients) to obtain core technical knowledge and professional skills
Participate in instructor-led masterclasses
Attend sessions with senior leaders
Build connections through mentoring circles, networking events, and volunteering
