Strong analytical skills: advanced on Excel and other IT/analytical tools
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Must be enrolled full time at university/college in one of the following degree programs: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or General Engineering, Technical or related business/technical field degrees or similar
Graduation date must be August 2026 and beyond
Must be willing & able to travel

Responsibilities

Pair with our industry consultant to assist in the preparation of the 2026 events
Develop a customer connection recommendation by analyzing campaign and sizing tool data
Extract 3 priority regions/countries from market data, to target market development activities
