Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills: advanced on Excel and other IT/analytical tools
  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
  • Must be enrolled full time at university/college in one of the following degree programs: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or General Engineering, Technical or related business/technical field degrees or similar
  • Graduation date must be August 2026 and beyond
  • Must be willing & able to travel

Responsibilities

  • Pair with our industry consultant to assist in the preparation of the 2026 events
  • Develop a customer connection recommendation by analyzing campaign and sizing tool data
  • Extract 3 priority regions/countries from market data, to target market development activities
