Responsibilities

  • Develop predictive models for marketplace growth, pricing, and operations to provide data-driven insights, enabling negotiations and improvements that bring greater value to the company
  • Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
  • Support category leaders in executing marketplace initiatives by leveraging various tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform operations and customer experience
  • Assist in executing strategies to enhance seller performance and drive sales
  • Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, automation, and innovation within the Marketplace ecosystem
  • Demonstrate and encourage respect for others, driving a positive associate and customer experience
