  • Experience in influencer marketing, video, livestreaming, and fan-created content (fanworks) is preferred
  • A keen sense of games and entertainment, with the ability to identify innovative content formats and trending topics
  • Strong operational awareness and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with overseas influencer cultivation and content formats, as well as overseas content platforms
  • Ability to independently complete promotion planning and implementation
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and other platform mechanics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global influencer marketing strategy, analyzing target market user content needs
  • Create overall KOL strategies, plans, and content operation plans
  • Leverage global influencer, MCN, and mainstream platform resources
  • Plan, execute, and ensure campaign objectives align with project goals
  • Drive product new user acquisition and activation
  • Explore and build an overseas game KOL ecosystem, identifying and nurturing high-potential KOLs
  • Continuously iterate and optimize the KOL ecosystem based on project experience
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, channel partners, and regional teams to expand content distribution channels and explore new promotion methods
