Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and ideally have 5+ years of experience in software implementation consulting, specifically within the healthcare or senior living industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time to customer sites and regional meetings across the U.S. and Canada.
The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with the customer during implementation, translating customer expectations and business goals to ensure success. They will lead a detailed business discovery process, develop recommendations for solution configuration and enhanced business practices, and establish and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor. The Consultant will also document customer requirements, contribute to the delivery approach, and provide ongoing support to the customer throughout the implementation process.
