Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of Canadian and US privacy laws, including HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, and other relevant regulations. Experience with data privacy compliance, risk assessment, and policy development is preferred.
As a Privacy Compliance Analyst, you will identify and analyze evolving information privacy requirements applicable to PointClickCare’s operations in the United States and Canada, assess and modify privacy policies and procedures, and develop training materials. You will also respond to day-to-day privacy compliance inquiries, investigate information security events, and collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to privacy regulations and best practices.

PointClickCare provides cloud-based software solutions specifically designed for the senior care sector, including skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and home health agencies. Its main product, Harmony, is an integrated care coordination platform that helps manage patient transitions from hospitals to post-acute care facilities.
