- U.S. citizen (required due to security clearance eligibility under Executive Order 12968) - Located within or willing to relocate to a commutable distance of Rome, NY for full-time on-site work at AFRL and Innovare Advancement Center

This internship is exclusively for Active Duty Military applicants through the SkillBridge program, and candidates should be prepared for a thorough interview process including face-to-face interviews or virtual Teams meetings via official Technergetics email addresses (@techngs.com), with testing administered through the Codility platform.

Candidates must possess a background in Physics, Mathematics, Logistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Operations Research. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex concepts, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens eligible for a security clearance, with a background in research or evaluation relevant to quantum computing. Experience with DARPA programs and familiarity with quantum computing architectures, devices, algorithms, and applications are highly desirable. The ability to travel domestically and internationally is also required.
