Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI). Demonstrated expertise in leading AI strategy and execution, identifying high-impact use cases, and driving innovation within a complex organization is essential. Experience in the Wealth Management & Insurance (WMI) domain is highly desirable.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in project management, preferably within a banking or financial services environment. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project planning, reporting, and risk management is also required.

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Big Data solutions, demonstrating proficiency in Databricks, Azure, MongoDB, Scala, Spark, Python, Postgres, and OpenShift. Applicants should possess practical experience in ETL process development and handling large data volumes, along with familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
