- Overall professional IT experience of about 6 years (Required)
- At least 4 years experience on Pega Systems Solutions (N2 – SSA Senior System Architect, N3 – Lead System Architect) (Required)
- Strong technical skills as a Senior Process developer, serving as a reference for colleagues (Required)
- Degree in Engineering, Technology Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemical, Statistical, etc., or specialization/sound experience in Technology engineering
- PEGA – at least N2 or N3 (Required)
- Database design / SQL (Required)

Responsibilities
- Transcribe functional needs to technical solutions and specifications for development, certification, and productive release in PEGA Systems
- Apply Group Santander IT strategies and IT patterns to deliver secure, reliable, sustainable, and effective solutions
- Undertake developments for complex issues to provide high-quality, reusable, and well-documented assets for developers across projects
- Analyze and develop required specifications, deliver services and technical components for operation, considering own development and integration with other teams and systems
- Design and develop data model as per specifications
- Document solutions in Group Santander tools
- Certify delivery and its integration with other components, designing and performing relevant tests to ensure quality
